Witches Day Out 2026 Vendor Fee

This listing is for approved Witches Day Out vendors only. Please do not purchase a vendor space unless you have submitted an application and received an acceptance from Calhoun Farmstead.

Witches Day Out is a spooky, whimsical Halloween-themed shopping event featuring handmade vendors, seasonal products, food, costumes, music, and festive activities.

Choose Your Approved Space

Please select the indoor or outdoor space indicated in your acceptance message.

Indoor Vendor Space — $30

• Approximately 8ft table 

• Located inside Parkside Community Center

• Vendor provides tables, chairs, displays, table coverings, and setup materials

• Electricity is limited and must be approved in advance

Outdoor Vendor Space — $30

• Approximately 10 feet by 10 feet

• Vendor provides canopy, tables, chairs, displays, and setup materials

• Proper canopy weights are required on every canopy leg

• Outdoor spaces are rain or shine

Important Information

• Vendor spaces are not reserved until payment is received.

• Your payment must match the space type approved in your acceptance message.

• Spaces may not be transferred, shared, resold, or given to another business without prior approval.

• Vendors must remain set up for the entire event from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM.

• Vendors are responsible for their own products, displays, equipment, payment processing, licenses, permits, insurance, and applicable tax requirements.

• Products displayed at the event must match those included in the vendor’s approved application.

• Complete setup, unloading, parking, and event instructions will be sent to approved vendors before the event.

• Electrical access is available indoors (I'll verify for outdoors) for a fee.

Cancellation Policy

Vendor fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Fees help cover venue rental, advertising, event preparations, and other expenses that are incurred before the event.

Event will be rain or shine. 

If Witches Day Out is canceled by the organizer and not rescheduled, vendors will receive information regarding their vendor fee.

By purchasing this vendor space, you confirm that you have been accepted as a Witches Day Out vendor and agree to follow all event and venue rules.
